Puzzle is a social cooperative enterprise founded in 2015. We work tirelessly for the social inclusion and support of people with disabilities, focusing on improving quality of life through education, counselling and innovative programmes.
INCLUJOBS
INCLUJOBS aims to reduce the gap in the right to work of people with intellectual disabilities by promoting their integration into the labour market through the creation of training materials for three main target groups: special education teachers, enterprises, and people with intellectual disabilities.
The objectives of the project include:
- Providing special education teachers with the necessary knowledge to guide the people with intellectual disabilities they accompany in their job search.
- Raising the awareness of business executives on the importance of the labour integration of people with disabilities, through information material on the potential of people with intellectual disabilities and the benefits of their labour integration.
- Providing people with intellectual disabilities with the necessary tools and knowledge to search and obtain employment in the fields of Tourism, Industry and New Technologies.
- The creation of a digital space (Platform) of connection between the three target groups involved, which will lead to the increase of opportunities for the labour integration of people with intellectual disabilities.
The Holistic Learning for Job Inclusion of People with Intellectual Disabilities (INCLUJOBS) project was funded by Erasmus+ and implemented between 2022-2024. In this project, apart from Puzzle, the participants were:
