Puzzle is a social cooperative enterprise founded in 2015. We work tirelessly for the social inclusion and support of people with disabilities, focusing on improving quality of life through education, counselling and innovative programmes.
Easynews
The aim of the project was to develop an application that allows the transcription of legible texts, encouraging interest in journalism and reading media and communication through ICT, facilitating understanding of the world and thus improving access to information.
Objectives of the programme:
- Creating a media accessibility literacy manual and adapting texts for easy reading.
- Development of the EASYNEWS methodology and digital portal for the creation of workshops to adapt news to easy reading using ICT.
- Creating a guide for parents of children and young people with disabilities to promote reading habits.
The Accessible Digital Journalism and Media Literacy for People with Intellectual Disability (Easynews) project was funded by Erasmus+ and implemented between 2020 and 2022. In this project, apart from Puzzle, the participants were:
