Puzzle is a social cooperative enterprise founded in 2015. We work tirelessly for the social inclusion and support of people with disabilities, focusing on improving quality of life through education, counselling and innovative programmes.
Launch of the European Project RESCUE EU
Social Enterprise Puzzle is participating as a partner in the new European project RESCUE EU, approved under the Erasmus+ KA210 – Small-Scale Partnerships in Adult Education.
RESCUE EU focuses on developing more inclusive and accessible emergency management practices, with particular emphasis on the needs of people with disabilities and the volunteers involved in civil protection activities. The project aims to strengthen community preparedness, improve cooperation between services and citizens, and create practical tools that can be applied in real crisis situations.
The main pillars of the project include:
- Needs analysis and co-creation of protocols and tools with the active involvement of people with disabilities, volunteers, and local stakeholders.
- Training and skills development for civil protection volunteers through practical workshops, simulations, and accessible educational material.
- Awareness-raising and community engagement actions, such as information campaigns, public events, and emergency simulation exercises.

Puzzle’s contribution focuses on collecting, assessing, and interpreting the real needs of people with disabilities and civil protection volunteers, ensuring that the tools and protocols developed are practical, applicable, and truly inclusive.
Through the cooperation of all partners, RESCUE EU aims to contribute to the development of safer and more accessible communities.
