INCLUJOBS multiplier event
The INCLUJOBS multiplier event, organized by PUZZLE SE, served as a dynamic platform to present the full scope of the INCLUJOBS digital toolkit and its interactive resources aimed at fostering inclusive employment for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
During the event, participants explored the platform’s diverse features, including tailored job descriptions, interview simulations, and best practices for supported employment. A highlight of the session was the interactive engagement with the online gaming activities and the INCLUJOBS card game, both designed to enhance job readiness through gamification. The card game, in particular, provided a hands-on experience in identifying workplace skills, job roles, and real-life employment scenarios, reinforcing key employment concepts in an engaging and accessible format.
Through these interactive elements, stakeholders, educators, and employers gained deeper insights into how gamified learning can empower individuals with intellectual disabilities, enhance workplace inclusion, and promote equal opportunities in the job market.
