We are currently collaborating with the Swedish organization MTM and the research center RIX – East London University in order to develop a new methodology which will promote access to information for people with difficulties in understanding and communicating information.

We have composed and submitted successful projects under European programmes, such as Erasmus+, both for our organisation as well as other organisations who we work with.
The Puzzle team has composed and is currently implementing the project “Developing Easy to Read formats for persons with Intellectual disabilities” in collaboration with the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas, the RIX Centre of the East London University, the Swedish organisation MTM, the Lithuanian organisation Jaunuoliu Dienos Centras, and the Polish organisation Smialek. It is an innovative partnership of organisations and experts from different countries aiming at developing new methodologies in order to make information more accessible to people with understanding difficulties. During this project, we use the easy to read methodology alongside multimedia as tools to make communication and access to materials on basic human rights more accessible (easier to understand) for people with intellectual disability.
The Puzzle team is comprised of six experienced professionals, who have worked in organisations providing social care and support to people with disability and who have extensive experience in research, practical and management levels.
We place emphasis on networking with professionals and organisations in Greece and Europe, in creative communication, exchange of experiences and knowledge transfer. We participate in very important international networks like EASPD, the Caravan and the Citizen Network and this enables us to develop close and constructive cooperation with individuals and organisations who are at the forefront of social care provision internationally.
